Install SAP Business One 9.3 PL 14 Error

A message appears each time I try installing SAP Business One 9.3 with new configuration (cannot retrieve valid product package type, for more information see the log file). It's getting me crazy.

The full story is that I was having 10.0 version, and for some reasons I wanted to downgrade it to 9.3, and that's what I'm facing, any help please.

• All previous components have been uninstalled ?
• have you restart your server ? (perhaps pending stuff waiting for reboot)
• Have you delete previous install log ?

Could you share the install log file too ? there will be more details.
