Inspection type 89 'Other inspection' not available in Starter S/4HANA Cloud System

 In system inspection type 89 is not available. Kindly help us with note or any solution which can help to get inspection type 89 into Starter system of SAP Public cloud.

The Inspection type 89 'Other inspection' is available with the activation of the scope item 'Nonconformance Management (2QN)'

Please activate the scope item by following the procedure outlined in the KBA https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3122430
