Inspection Lot XXXX for order XXXX does not have necessary status

Dear Experts,

As per the month end activity we are trying to close the process order for material. While closing one of the orders, we are getting an error as 'Inspection Lot XXXX for order XXXX does not have necessary status', but as per checking we found that the inspection lot is set properly with UD and ICCO status, still the system is not allowing to close the order. Can you pls let me know what is causing to show up this error and what should be the action to resolve this issue. I have attached the snap of inspection lot status.

thank you for the details provided.

It worth to check also, whether the - still active - long-term inspection (status LTIN instead of ICCO) is causing the block for the order closure:

499507 - CO440 when setting the deletion flag in the order

As per your screenshot , inspection lot is having status as ORRQ - it means order record required

Check whether any open point from QM side, just like Open Quality Notifications against Inspection lot or QM stock in inspection.

Regarding ORRQ status, below link is useful to understand this point.

Hi @Nilesh_Bhasare I checked other lots in our plants, those are also having ORRQ status but still SAP has allowed to close the orders. We are getting this error only for one particular order. Also, where I can check open quality notifications against the inspection lot.

Kindly compare previous lot and order status with current lot and order ,there must be some different. Share previous order status screenshot.error resulting it means something is wrong with this order

Hi @Nilesh_Bhasare I have attached herewith the Good and issue case snaps for your ref. I can see the issue lot is showing the related notification button and also document required is highlighted for this lot but there is no open inspection point for this lot as no defects were reported. Can you pls tell how I can check or remove for this document required and related notification details.

Status ORRQ means Order record required. Have you uploaded/completed all the required process data documentation as per GMP?

Hi @janbuchmann we don't upload any process data, other lots with ORRQ status are allowing to close the orders only this one lot is showing the error.
