Inspection lot creation during material inspection with EWM

Hi there,

I want to use ARM with (embedded) EWM. After returning the goods from the customer I want to create an inspection lot for inspection (and - later on - for further processing, ie. return delivery via Q-notification).

I noticed that inspection lot creation is not possible for EWM deliveries. 

Manually out of MSR_INSPWH it is blocked here:

Target is that the quality people always use QM documents for processing. They don´t want to get in touch with EWM / ARM transactions. For example also the external GR QM processing happens in ERP transactions, we just move the stock accordingly in EWM.

Is there a way to combine ARM, EWM and inspection lots? 

PS. I also tried out the "Record warehouse defect" app - but this also does not really fit since from my perspective it only triggers a process based on warehouse activities...
