I observed that inspection type 06 (Inspection for Customer Returns) is not available on the public cloud. Do we have other possibilities or workarounds to enable inspection for customer returns?
Hi @Suresh_Eswaran Right now, in S/4HANA cloud public edition, there is No direct integration between customer returns (scope item BKP) and quality management (inspection lot) for material inspection in returns. if you want such integration, please raise the request in customer influence portal.
