We are currently looking for a technical solution to comply with various e-invoicing regulations across Europe, including Hungary’s NAV Online Számla. Our company is using SAP S/4HANA and BTP services(Integration Suite, CF Runtime, HANA Cloud..etc), and we need to ensure seamless integration between our ERP system and different tax authorities across the EU.
Could you please provide guidance on:
1. The recommended SAP solution for e-invoicing compliance in Europe (e.g., SAP Document Compliance, SAP Integration Suite, or API-based integration).
2. Standard SAP APIs available for submitting e-invoices to different tax authorities (e.g., NAV Online Számla in Hungary, SDI in Italy, Chorus Pro in France, etc.).
3. Required configurations in SAP S/4HANA to generate e-invoices compliant with EU standards (e.g., XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Peppol).
4. Relevant SAP Notes, documentation, or best practices for multi-country e-invoicing implementation.
