Dear SAP Team,
We would like to understand the process for removing the watermark "Implementation Project Not Yet Live."
Additionally, could you please confirm whether removing this watermark would impact business configuration or other operational workflows? If there is an impact, please specify the type of changes or effects on the system.
Kindly share the details at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Amol

Dear Amol,
The "Implementation Project not yet Live" watermark serves to indicate that the first implementation project was not yet completed. The point when this mark should disappear is after completing the business configuration activity "Confirm Go-Live".
In terms of changes done to the system, the watermark itself does not affect the system workflow, serving only as a visual flag to identify that the tenant is not yet live.
You can find additional information on the implementation project lifecycle and also specific to the watermark on the KBAs below:
3315112 - How to Remove the Watermark "Implementation Project Not Yet Live"

Kind regards,
Leonardo

Hi Amol,
We successfully removed the watermark from several documents in SAP By Design "without" bringing our system to Production status ("Live"). If you have developers on staff who are comfortable editing XML files, you can go to "Form Template Maintenance" in the "Applications and User Management" Work View and download the form that you wish to remove "Test Copy" watermark. We did it for Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders.
Any commercial or free XML Editor will enable your developers to access the "Test Copy" text in the form and change it to NULL (" "). Then upload the modified ADOBE XML file back in to SAP By Design via the "Upload" button in "Form Template Maintenance" for the form that was modified.
As I mentioned, our SAP By Design has not gone through all the steps to Go-Live, we're still in Test Mode because we want add additional functionality before formally declaring a "Go Live" status which removes the watermark as mentioned by SAP.
There is no impact on system behavior or functionality. Good luck!
