Info record automatically called or created while creating purchase order in ME21N

When creating PO from the tcode ME21N with generic materials, they have either an info record automatically called or created and "InfoUpdate" field is automatically checked. How can we stop it from being automatically checked?

Look in Customizing at SPRO, Materials Management, Purchasing,

• Authorization Management, Define Function Authorizations for Buyers (OMET)
• Environment Data, Define Default Values for Buyers.
