Dear All,
As a Windows 11 user, I can use Power Automate Desktop with usage restrictions where the user must run Power Automate Desktop manually and can't use premium actions.
Using UI automation in Power Automate Desktop and SAP GUI Scripting in SAP Simple finance - Business Suite on HANA, I can create the following flow:
- Read invoice pdf files from vendor emails
- Open tcode MIRO in SAP GUI (using user name license)
- Input and post the invoice
When a new email comes in, I have to run the automatic desktop power manually.
My question is whether this flow require an indirect use license or can it use a user name license?
