Increasing the project mask length

Hello my dear colleagues,

I am a PS consultant. One of my client's project masks is as follows;

How should I arrange with this project mask so that 6th and 7th level breakdowns can also occur?

I could not increase the length of my project mask as the project mask can be formed with 24 characters as standard.

If you have a development method or standard method that you can suggest, I would be very happy if you let me know.

Increasing the WBS field length would be a core modification and is not recommended.

Since the coding mask fields can be alphanumeric I recommend using them for the different levels with a single digit. With alphanumeric you have 36 rather than 10 possibilities. With 2 places you have 36^2 possibilities. Be careful with trying to build smart numbering into the WBS ID, use customer defined fields for attributes.
