Please find attached document having screen shots of below mentioned issue we have in our production PS1, Integration QST and QS1 UAT  system. Attached screen shots is from our QST system and it is where first we need a fix before fix in Production

Issue:

We have found some inconsistency between EARMARKED FUNDS (Funds Commitment) table KBLP and  FM commitment documents FMIOI and CO commitment line item table COOI.

REFX contract 1271/4521776 assigned to funds commitment 7000033525 and you can see in attached document point 4 where REFX contract look ok. The issue is when we see funds commitment 7000033525 via FMZ3 it shows two line item which is also validated via REFX contract as well as in table KBLP.

However when we run KSB2 commitment item report for cost centers it shows 5 line items in which item item 1 is ok, item 2 has incorrect amount and item 3, 4 and 5 is showing which not exist in FMZ3 and KBLP.

KSB2 retrieved commitments amount from table COOI which is commitment details table and this table also contain 5 line items with 3 , 4 and 5 not exist in FMZ3

Also FM commitment document table FMIOI is showing 5 items where as item 1 and 2 are correct and 3, 4 and 5 is in this table however they are not in FMZ3 or in KBLP

Following Requests from SAP:

  1. How can we delete or removed incorrect entries from COOI and FMIOI to make sure our free balance reports , KSB2 and all reports showing only two items exactly the way we seeing in tale KBLP and via FMZ3
  2. Also if SAP can highlight what would be the potential causes which have this inconsistency.

As this is just example of one contract and funds commitments however we have issue in multiple contracts and funds commitment so we highly appreciate if SAP can pinpoint some program, OSS note or any fix which delete those inconsistent document for our commitment reports.
