Income tax dep planned values is not showing.

Hi Experts,

I have done configuration for IT dep area.

Please let me know i am having one query one this.

First i have create group asset for buildings 5% block asset

and i have create the As01 one asset the group asset number is maintained in the as01 15 dep area.

Exm :

I have posetd asset acquisition 1000

i ran the dep for dep should be posted.Aw01n i checked the book Dep its correct, but IT dep  is  does not show the planned values its showing the total amount of dep for particular fixed asset.please find the screen short in Aw01n

what is the reason system is not showing the IT dep monthly in planned values.is there any configuration is required?

Hi Dear,

Go to Transaction Code OADB and Double click the 15 Depreciation Area and In the field Post in general ledger Click Areas post depreciation Only. Save it.


Create an another asset master data and Acquisition the asset   then go to asset explorer now you will find the Planed depreciation under your Depreciation area.
