Inbound delivery in S4HANA goods receipt without EWM

Hi All,

I have a question, we are using Storage locations to store materials. No warehouse management.

Our scenario is supplier sends the material to a port where a GR is done but actuall material is stored in the warehouse storage location.

Supplier  > Port  (GR) > Storage location (WH)

Can we do a GR is the Port and do a internal posting from SL to SL automatically once quality is approved?

Ideally in this case -- you can use 103-- GR block stock to indicate items are at Port-- if items are subject to Quality Management --(I assume this is outside the SAP system) then you can post 105 which received the items to your own storage.

You can explore inspection at Source functionality if you want to clear the goods before they hit your own stock.
