The term funds management is not used in S/4 HANA Cloud anymore. We have Public Sector Management which consists of Budget Management, Grants Management and Fund Accounting. It is available in 2402 for US, CA, DE and 2408 AU, NL, UK. We are hoping to add more countries in the future.
