In SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Maintenance Management), we have created operation relationships (Finish-to-Start) between maintenance order operations. However, the system still allows confirmation of the subsequent operation even though the predecessor operation is not yet confirmed.
We would like to understand whether this is standard system behavior or if any configuration exists to prevent confirmation of dependent operations until the previous ones are completed.
Example:
- Operation 0010 → Operation 0020 (FS relationship)
- Operation 0010 not confirmed
- Still able to confirm 0020
Expected behavior: 0020 confirmation should be restricted until 0010 is completed.
