In SAP S/4 HANA International Trade-Intrastat declaration, when defining the Providers of Information (POI), you need to enter the plants that are involved in intercompany sales under the section titled “Delivering Plants for Intercompany Sales.” Specifically, you should include the plants that are assigned to the company code and are responsible for delivering goods in intercompany transactions

To set this up, follow these steps:

  1. Access the POI Transaction: Use the transaction code /SAPSLL/POI_EDIT.
  2. Select the Relevant Company Code: Choose the company code for which you are defining the POI.
  3. Enter Delivering Plants: In the “Delivering Plants for Intercompany Sales” section, list all plants that are involved in delivering goods for intercompany sales. These plants must be assigned to the selected company code.

This setup ensures that the correct plants are reported for Intrastat declarations, complying with the legal requirements for intercompany sales within the EU region.
