In S4Hana cloud, how can we resend EDI for external WM distributed delivery note?

in S/4Hana cloud, we use 3rd party WM process. In some cases, after we send EDI for outbound/inbound delivery, the partner didn't receive the EDI, how can we re-trigger the EDI from S/4 Hana cloud?

Hi,

1. At first, please check if the delivery status is distributed. if no, you can use APP "Outbound Deliveries for Distribution" or "Inbound Deliveries for Distribution".

2. You can also check the APP Message Dashboard why the SOAP API is failed and repeate the action like creating outbound delivery, post GI......

thanks a lot for your answer. However unfortunately, I think your proposed approach still cannot resolve our problem.

Actually, the situation what I'm facing now is, the delivery is distributed, and furthermore the Message Dashboard shows message is successfully sent to partner. That means, from system at myside, all are done correctly. However, our partner didn't successfully carry out their business process with our EDI message at their end, maybe it's caused by their program issue. And late on, the partner fixed their problem, and ask our side to resend the EDI message for the same delivery. Now at this point, how we can do in our S/4 Hana cloud to resend the EDI message upon this already distributed delivery.
