Hello,
I have requirement that once PR is approved and subsequent document (like RFQ, PO, Contract) is created, user should not amend the same PR.
Is it possible to do in S/4HANA Public Cloud using standard configuration apart from custom code?
Best Regards
Sridhar

Is there a solution yet? The system should stop re-intiating the workflow once it is completely released. On another note, I forwarded the PR for one of the approval steps, the original user is back and approved the PR from his inbox. Now, the workflow has initiated again despite the PO is already created.

Hello sridharren,
were you able to find a solution for this?

Hello Manuel,
Still I am looking for SAP standard solution for which I have raised customer influence as per below and try to avoid this control via BADI.

Hello Lokesh,
User A has given access to create/change/display PR.
Once that PR is created/approved and subsequent documents created, user A itself should not edit that approved PR.
In ECC, we have options of field selection/changeability in the release indicator config, but in S/4HC public cloud, could not find those configurations.
Any solution for the above scenario?

Hi Sridhar,
Edit option is enabled even after the follow documents are created but what you can do is
In the Maintain Business app > select the user> edit > navigate to the assigned business catalogs >
Maintain Restrictions > based on the user, you can choose to give the Unrestricted, restricted, no access for the write, read enabled for the documents.
Thanks
Lokesh
