In S/4 Hana Cloud, public ed. in the "Manage Workforce App" we can't control the Worker BP numbers.

The BP number is allocated internally by SAP and sometimes the numerical sequence jumps a couple of numbers. For example we have worker 1 with CB9980000000 and worker 2 with CB99800000014

A jump from 0 to 14. 

Them worker 3 with CB998000000145

Is there a way to control de BP numbering for the employees that we create directly in the Manage Worforce app in S/4 Hana Cloud, public ed like we have in on-prem?

Hello,

It is not possible to adjust the business partner number range for the employee business partners. Hence, workers that are created through the app Manage Workforce or through MDI or another integration are automatically assigned a business partner number. 

You are referring to the CB** ID as well. This is the user name of the business user in the system. Not all workers have to be business users. For example, a worker may be an employee record but they do not have access to the S4 system hence they do not have a business user and also no CB** ID. For employees that also have a business user, the system puts together the CB*** ID as CB<BP ID>.
