In my S/4HANA Cloud 3S the App Manage Your Solution is missing.

My task is to implement a S/4 HANA Cloud 3S for my Company. The documentation says i shall check the scope Item 4GT in the "Manage Your Solution" App. But there is no such App in the System. I really dont know how to proceed. This is the documentation i got reffered to from the CBC : https://support.sap.com/content/dam/SAAP/Sol_Pack/S4C/Library/Setup/4GT_Set-Up_EN_XX.pdf
