To get [better] answers, add some information related to your SAP version, and on the PR/PO creation, full quantity, etc.

version is rise, scenario: suppose user created a purchase requisition of quantity 20 nos, and then they make PO by using the same PR. but after creating the PO my PR is not getting closed automatically, means user can again create the PO of 20 quantity again by using same PR. my business requirement is to close the PR after PO is created against same. is there is any config for the same.

Did users not set the 'Set reqs. to "closed"' box when creating the purchase order?

• Read first 2055842 - Closed indicator in Purchase Requisition is not set automatically - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA 
• As far as I know, only an Abaper will be able to trigger this behaviour, not some customising ☹️.
  (Using some BAdI/Eng to force the flag or scheduling a periodic job to set the flag with BAPI_PO_CHANGE/POSCHEDULE/REQ_CLOSED correcting users' forgetfulness)
