In IW32 maintenance order _ Cost tab Report : List: Rep. Budget/Commit display issue

Hi 

 In maintenance order (IW33/IW32) business wants to view cost report in cost tab, when we select Rep. Budget/Commit in maintenance order there is no Pop raising for selection of multiple reports -
List: Plan/Actual/Committe
Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance 

Directly it reaching to Orders: Actual/Plan/Variance report screen. 

We need multiple selection screen and like to select List: Plan/Actual/Committe. This is not happening. 
This is working in DEV client, but not in PRD and QAS system.
We have followed both note: 2567068 - IW32 - No reports are assigned to transaction (KB702) & 146102 - No/other cost reports in PM/SM order 

In QAS 300 system we generated report 6OBU and after that S_ALR_87013019 report started working when we execute as transaction, but still, we are not getting multiple selection report pop up in maintenance order (IW33/IW32). 

Please suggest how to get multiple select report in maintenance order and to select List: Plan/Actual/Committe report through IW32/IW33.
