Dear S/4 Service Experts,
In the In-House Repair process, it is only possible to enter the serialised products in the in-house repair document. There are options to search based on product or serial number to identify the right customer equipment.
But there could be cases, where the repair needs to be performed for some products which are non-serialised (this is a common use case in most of the industries). Ideally in the in-house repair document, there should be possibility to just add the product id without any reference to equipment.
Is this possible, and is it in SAP's roadmap for the In-House Repair process.
