Import Sales Dimensions

Hi, I tried to import the "Sales dimensions" like the length, width, height and volume through "Import From Excel" and "DTW" but it's not updating even after not getting an error while uploading. 

Are there a working templates with an example regarding the same. 

Note: There are many UoM for the same item and I am trying to upload for all of them, but even when I tried for one UoM I got the same result as explained above.

Hi @ahmad_alsaharty ,

Please share further details, such as screenshots, log messages and the template you use.

Also, bear in mind that the file you are using to import data cannot be opened during the process, otherwise, it's going to fail or even crash SAP, depending on the version.

- I need to update the "Sales UoM Dimensions" of item "Test" in the screenshot below. 

- As you can see the "UoM Group" is "PC" and it includes many UoM and "Carton-15PC" UoM is one of them that I want to edit it's "Sales UoM Dimensions" 

- The "UoM Abs. Entry" of "PC" is 42 while "Carton-15PC" is 19

          

- When I tried to import the templates in the link below using "Unicode Text" I got the error below.

- Also for your reference the update file was not open in the background while running the DTW and trying.

Hi @ahmad_alsaharty ,

Are you trying to set a default Sales UoM to an Item or just the measures to existing UoMs? If the latter is the one you need, you may have to upload them explicitly, not implicitly via items. So the DTW path would be Setup Data > Admin > Inventory > Units of Measure. The dimensions you upload there will appear in whichever Sales UoM assigned to an item.

          I just need to update the measures to existing UoMs, but related to specific items and with different measures and not for all items. 

As I understood from you following this "Setup Data > Admin > Inventory > Units of Measure" will update the measures in general and any item assigned to it will take the defined measures and this is not what I want. 

I want to update the measures but for specific items and in a bulk so is this doable through DTW or any other way.
