Import Fixed Assets: What value APC should take?

Hello folks,

I put original cost in APC when I imported a fixed asset item.  But it doesn't seem right.  In the case below, The original price was 109,055 MXN and the remaining life is 32 months out of 120 months.  NBV only reflects the depreciation of this year.  Should I put 290,813.33 MXN that is 32/120 as the APC?

I verified that I can put the original APC value by the use of Accumulated Ordinary Depreciation. In addition, I can use the salvage value, too, which is useful when the useful life is over.
