I’d like to provide clarity regarding the availability of Internal Orders in S/4HANA Public Cloud systems. Please note that Internal Orders are no longer supported in S/4HANA Public Cloud systems. From the SAP Help Portal: CO - Internal order (restricted)  

As an alternative, the recommended solution is to use Enterprise Projects, which can be managed using applications such as Project Control - Enterprise Projects and Project Planning.

Additionally, if you wish to utilize the Budget Availability Control for Projects feature included in Enterprise Projects, you can do so by working with Statistical or Overhead Projects. For further guidance and detailed documentation, you can explore the SAP Help Portal using the following link:
