Please explain the below points .

1.We have a business requirement to change local currency SDG to USD for country Singapore. Regarding that how we proceed.

2.What are impact if business wants foreign currency valuation at functional currency level .

3.limitation of using functional currency.

4.Impact of functional currency in group reporting if we change for country Singapore company functional currency to freely define currency USD.

To your questions on changing functional currency in Accounting. 

You can't change the company code currency. You can only change Function Currency. By default functional currency is currency type 10 (company code currency), you can change it to another currency type. See details in this note https://me.sap.com/notes/2977199/E
