If 261 is not done for all components, 101 should not be allowed

Hi Experts,

I need your help to find the configuration setting which will help us to not allow 101 movement if 261 is not completed for all components. We have checked backflush for all components. Please advise.

Why would you want to implement such a restriction? If there are technical problems with posting 261, you won't be able to post 101 receipt of the product. Thus you will restrict the product availability and jeopardize customer service level.

There is no such setting in standard. 
If you search in google you will find several threads where similar questions were asked and BAdI implementations were suggested.

Hello John, By considering flexible supply chain process, SAP has designed to allow Goods receipts 101 irrespective 261 goods issue, Like supply Material would be reached at plant but invoice will be sent to other location (Head office) or there is a some issue in supplier invoice and takes sometimes to correct but you can still run your manufacturing process to ensure seamless process. If you still need it to be restricted, you can write own logic by getting relevant BAdi from google.
