Identify table and field for rejection comment in lean service entry sheet process

Hi Team

For lean service entry sheet approval process users receive notification in the app inbox with two option

accept or reject

Upon rejection pop up appears for user to provide comments and the status to provide comments and the status of the lean service entry sheet updated to rejected with the comment entered at the time of rejection.

Please help identify table and field where the rejection comment stored so we can fetch information for reporting

Hello, 

The relevant tables are mentioned in the following KBAs: 

3191211- Flexible Workflow - Reports - SAP S/4HANA

3377397 - How to find approval/rejection comments within workflow tables - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA.

The link to the workflow comments can be seen in table SWW_WI2OBJ:

1. Gather the Instance ID, for example: FOL33000000000004RAW48000000020554.
2. Using Instance ID, break it up into the relevant parts: Class = RAW, Object year = 48, Object No  = 000000020554
3. Then in go to table SOC3N, enter the above criteria and in field OBJCONT, the comment will be shown.
