IDEA integration for Turkey Incoming invoices

Hi All,

We are currently having the scenario where domestic supplier invoices for Turkey are received from the IDEA (tax authority) portal and are manually booked into the legacy system.

As we transition to S4, we are looking to explore options for direct Ap invoice booking from the tax authority portal in SAP to eliminate the manual process. According to SAP DRC documentation, integration can be achieved via a service provider. Could anyone share their experiences with the service providers they have used for integrating with SAP DRC?

Additionally, does SAP DRC support automatic invoice posting for such received AP invoices. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thank you so much for your insightful response to my query. The link on SNI is very helpful and currently exploring on the functionalities. Also, do we have the list of other SAP Certified solution providers for integrating DRC with Turkish TRA?

Hello Martin, Is this Solution based on SAP DRC FW Add-On or it´s pure SNI Solution utilizing eDocument table? Can you confirm this?

Hi, great question. This is where SNI is only used as the local last mile provider with DRC. They also have their own non-DRC solution in the store. If you engage with them make sure your refer to their service in the link I shared.

Martin, SAP DRC Standard for Turkey do not offer Inbound scenario ? We already have SNI in another country and we are migrating to SAP .....

Posting invoices in the backend would not be DRC. We have a standard integration with VIM by OT that can be changed for the solution of your choice.
