I want to mass delete some old Purchase requistions but MASS not working

I have tried using MASS to delete very old purchase requistions in SAP the MASS update says successful but it doesnt work. If i go back into MASS for the relevant PR i used for testing its unticked and also in table EBAN its not ticked. I have tried using ME57 but the closed option is greyed out. How do I get rid of all these old PR's there are hundreds of them. I can find nothing on this or any other community. Thanks Dean

ME57 should allow to set deletion flag by batches of 50 PR (or so)

• Did you get some error ?
• Did you check original document when the PR is not manually created, you are  often required to delete/close original document (PR, PM/CS, PS)

please describe te process. i have entered and then selected the test pr to delete then the only button that i have are display, detail button, auto assign,assignments and without vendor, assign manually

the only closed check box that i have in the detailed data button but that checkbox is greyed out

Was the 'test PR' created with ME51N ?

I don't believe so. I think most of them were created by requirement like sales orders or production orders

Else, they must be deleted from original application.
