I want to assign a recipient name to some users with a namespace "/MMIM" to ensure the connection between an S/4 HANA Public Cloud and a Business Network application.
However, on Assign recipients to users app, I can't choose any recipient name; any values don't show up on a screen.
We already figured out that this issue also occurred on the 2502 version of public cloud and potentially solved. But it's still happening in the 2508 version of the public cloud.
The support engineer on SAP who is in charge of technical guidance for our project, he already checked that he found a recipient name for the namespace "/MMIM" on a 2508 of sandbox S/4 HANA Public Cloud.
For anyone who has some clues for this issue, I'd appreciate it if you kindly share the way we fix this issue.
Thank you so much.

Hi @0uTY
Thank you for your qeustion.
To resolve the issue with assigning recipients using namespace /MMIM in S/4HANA Public Cloud, I suggest you follow the following steps:
First, you need to verify recipients are correctly configured for your communication scenario via the Assign Recipients to Users app.
Then ensure scope items needed for Business Network integration are activated. Missing scenarios can prevent assignment.
Thereafter check that your users have required roles and business catalogs, you can refer to SAP Note 3096609 for authorization details.
Finally, reload or sync your system configurations after changes.
If it is still unresolved, contact SAP Support with cloud version details and reference the relevant SAP documentation.
I hope this provides some insights. I am happy to help if you have further questions.
Best regards
Chris
