I am not able to assign Charactestics to a Combination in "Manage Characteristic Combinations" app

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to create a Characteristic Combination in order to later on use it in BPS but I am facing an issue.

In the app "Manage Characteristic Combinations",  I have been able to create a new combination for Catalog Type "Base (Sales Document)". When I try to assign Characteristics, I am able to see the tree and to select the ones I want to include but when I click in "Assign" nothing happens and it remains blank. 

I have checked in SU53 but there is no error showing neither so I am not sure if the problem is related to my role (shouldn't be since I do have access to the fiori app) or what could be the problem. 

Any idea?

@NaveenKumarCThere is nothing on the screen. It just stays as is withn the characteristics area blank.

Hi papa261190, I suggest to create a new case via SAP support portal. I think it will be necessary to analyse the issue in detail. Sorry, I think without a check in your system this can not be resolved. best regards, Michael

Hi @papa261190,

you can use the app Manage Characteristic Catalog to add characteristics from sales context if you do not find them in the list already.

The problem is not in the characteristics themselves, as you can see in the screenshots whenever I try to add them there is nothing happening and remains blank
