I am facing an error in retrieving IBD in EWM, error message number - SR053 - An exception has occur

After creating the Delivery in S4 , I get the message Delivery has been distributed however when I go to EWM it does not bring the IBD. After checking  in the Queue SMQ1 it says "an exception has occurred that was not caught" Error message number  SR053 

Has anyone experienced this, I am using S4 system 2023 FSP 1

i was also facing same problam in S4 system 2023 version.any body have solution will post....
