HR Renewal 1.0 - Landing page displayed without any lanes (content)

Hi,

I've installed a brand new EHP 6 system and upgraded it to HR Renewal 1.0 SP12 using SolMan Maintenance Optimizer.

I've installed SAP NetWeaver Gateway on the same system as it was recommended by SAP guide.

I've run through the Administrator's Guide for HR Renewal 1.0 SP10 and activated all necessary business functions, added OData services and activated necessary nodes in SICF.

I've assigned SAP_PAO_HRPROFESSIONAL_2 role to a user id, and the landing page opens as:

I've run HTTP Watch and found that 4 resources can't be opened with error code 400:

When I try to open any of those chips resources above in a browser, I get an error message "Resource Chip not found." , /UI2/CX_RUNTIME, /IWBEP/CX_MGW_BUSI_EXCEPTION :

I can also see those errors in transaction SLG1 and in transaction /IWFND/TRACES when I enable trace, but it doesn't help.

I can't find any other errors in ST22. So I've run out of ideas.

I suppose some components may be missing. The current list of system components is below:

The issue was fixed by chance when we've doing SSO configuration.

I've added the following parameters in to instance profile:

login/create_sso2_ticket                    2

login/accept_sso2_ticket                    1

And now it is all sorted.

Hi,

it looks like you are running NWBC for html? Have you tried installing the latest NWBC client and testing your install using that. We had an issue recently where the html client did not work properly but NWBC client was ok.

Also are all the required switches for ESS activated e.g. HCM_ESS_WDA_2 ?

did you activate all services in TA SICF?

You have to activate the ui5_ui5 and odata services too.

Hi Fabian,

All ICF services are activated under /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ and /default_host/sap/opu/odata/sap/ , even though I've got slightly more services under /default_host/sap/opu/odata/sap/

This issue is with SAP support now. I'll update this post once the issue resolved.
