Currently, most sales order Apps in S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition supports filter criteria at creation date level. You may need to implement a custom report based on the standard CDS I_SalesOrder to deal with your time level requirements.

You may also submit an enhancement request asking for filler criteria of sales order Apps to support creation time in https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1170 using your S-User account.

You can use the transaction VA05 and from layout select time.

Alternatively use VBAK table with filters

The question was raised based on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Reading db tables is not the way to go.
