How to use Support User after enabling single-sign on

Hi All,
We have an issue after upgrading to version 10 (FP2208). The B1 users are managed in the SLD. Their AD accounts are linked to their B1 username and that works perfectly.

Cant seem to get he support user setup. Unless you Bind a user to a windows account, you don't see the DBs in the list of the companies and cannot manually type in the DB name.

We don't want to bind the Support user to a specific person/individual.
Is there a way to overcome this?

Thanks in advance,
Jerusha

When adding a user in SLD under Users, you have an option to use Active Directory or SAP B1 Authentication server. Use B1 AS to add users that are authenticated directly in B1 (like manager or Support).

Hi there.. I created a Support user in the SLD and bound the user to a test company. However, when I open up B1 I dont see that company in the list. My windows username is bound to other companies. We have about 7 other companies. Do I unbind my own username from all of them before trying to use the Support user?
