How to upload PR items through excel to My purchase requisitions app in S/4 public cloud?

I want to create PR and mass upload PR items to "My purchase requisitions" or "Manage purchase requisitions" app by using excel and postman app. 

After creating the PR, it will go for approvals as per the PR workflow. After it is fully approved, it should auto convert to PO, auto GR/IR and directly go to the payment with no manual intervention.

Point to note: We are not using material in PR but the short text to enter line items. Therefore, there won't be any product master data or purchasing info. record changes possible to automate PR to PO.

To create Purchase Requisition by uploading an excel file, you can do it in a few ways.

Thanks Fernanda. I am on 2SL. Therefore, the use of developing a database table, or using BAS is not possible?

The other option to use API is what I am going to do for mass upload. 🙂
