How to upload Customer Master data in S4 HANA Public Cloud

Hello Team,

Our client has embarked journey of business transformation into S/4 HANA Public Cloud system. Here the client has requested to develop bespoke solution to mass upload customer master data as they need to create new customers on monthly basis in Production environment. We are aware that customer master data (BP) by using standard Data migration cockpit should be recommended approach. But data templates of DMC might get changed for Business Partners for every Cloud release so the business has raised concerned about adjusting templates.

Hence we would like to know if there is any standard best practice available for mass upload of customers (other than DMC)

For regular mass creation of customers I wouldn't use the Data Migration Cockpit. Think of it as a tool you use only during migration of data and not for "business use".

Instead, I think you should look into using an MDM tool, maybe SAP MDG.
