How to update table SETHEADER/SETLEAF?

I have created a new Business Area W102. And I want to add it in tables SETHEADER/SETLEAF into existing SETNAME. As the attached image showing 'From' and 'To' range in line item 3 is W100 to W101. Here how can I replace with W102 in place of W101 in the 'To' Column of line 3. Can anyone tell me the standard procedure? A quick help will be appericiated.

Did you check trans GS01 GS02 ?
