Dear Experts,
Please do let me know can we update the DEDUCTION (KVERB) field of a particular Absence Quota in IT 2006 using PCR.
If yes, through which operation we can update the value in DEDUCTION field. If not, is there other alternate process to update the DEDUCTION field while running Time Evalaution?
Thanks in advance.

Mastan Shaik.

Use Balasubramanian's approach.
You can use google to find answers. Not every answer may satisfy your needs. Even withing your company, one ESG needs may be different from another.

Hi, You can check with infotype 2013 (Quota Correction)..Generally we use to increase/decrease quota value using this infotype (along with Time evaluation - which depends on configuration settings).

Dear Sir,
Thanks for responding to My question.
As you said that when we are using the infotype 2013, the NUMBER(ANZHL) field in IT 2006 is updating(increase/decrease), where as we required to update the DEDUCTION (KVERB) field of IT2006 when the employee is coming late & going early through the PCRs.

Hi, I hope the following approach:
1) Create an absence with a required sub-type (it2001) and try to deduct from the quota through config. You can write an abap program to create absence records automatically with required sub-type.
2) Create some 'Z' function which can be called in time evaluation PCR. I guess there is no mechanism to directly reduce deduction field in standard SAP.
You can also check the below blog (but not directly related your problem, but can show some idea):
Hi Mastan ,
Please check with the table PTQUODED.
