How to update LFA1-TXJCD via vmd_ei_api=>maintain?

Hello, we use vmd_ei_api=>maintain to update vendors. We provide the tax jurisdiction in the API's structure BAPIAD1VL-TAXJURCODE, and it gets updated to ADRC-TAXJURCODE. However, the value is not updated to LFA1-TXJCD. It should be the same as TAXJURCODE, but apparently the API doesn't update it automatically based on TAXJURCODE. I can't find any place for TXJCD either.

It finally turned out that there was a glitch in the message broker. With that corrected, the SAP standard code in vmd_ei_api works correctly.

Could you pl. share the details , facing similar issue , when we use BAPI_VENDOR_CREAT LFA1-TXJCD is not updated.

Thanks! However, we have SAP_APPL SAPKH61710, so that note does not apply. In other words, those corrections are already in the code base.

When you post a query and give further updates, please add the content under "Comments" and not under "Answer" as you were not answering to a query but only providing additional informations as asked by the members. In that case, please raise an OSS message since system should not trigger the error message if the code corrections are already there in your system. Please also share SAP's update
