Hi all,
There is a new requirement from client that how can we track the vehicle details and condition type i.e freight for outbound delivery..
For inbound it is tracking but problem with outbound they should track same as inbound.
Does we have any standard procedure or any customisation we need to do in sap.
Please tell me step by step procedure.
Thanks,
Sravanthi.

Probably, you may have to share more information on
For an outbound delivery, it is possible to capture the freight cost, provided it is configured in SAP

Thanks for your response,
Business process is they are creating subcontracting po sending the raw materials or semi finished materials to vendor by using 541 movement type after this they need to issue the materials to vendor so at that time they need to create outbound delivery. For this they want to track the third party logistics details means vehicle and freight charges for vehicle.
And they need to pay timmediately after outbound delivery..
For example,
I am sending 500 tons of raw material to vendor for this i am using third party logistics i'e Vinayaka travels.
For this i need to pay to some amount to driver and i given piece of paper which includes raw material details nd truck details, and i have mentioned amount which i have paid to driver.
This is manually i am doing now business requirement is they need to track these details in sap for outbound delivery.
How we can configure this steps in sap or how we can do the customisation for this.
For inbound there is no issues they re able to track the freight charges in po and these fright condition type they can see in migo screen..and also this chrges is adding to material document.
Help me on this
Thanks,
Sravanthi jammireddy.
