How to trigger a reminder when PO Output status is "error"

Hi SAP ByDesign Experts,

I want to know if there is a method/work flow to remind Purchase Order responsible when PO's output status is "Error".

Now I can only check manually in "Application and User Management--Email and Fax Queues".

Hi Linda,

As per the standard feature, "If an error occurs, an output error task is created and sent to the document owner, who can view the tasks under Home-> Work -> Inbox." If this works, then you can try to have the user use "Subscribe to Tasks" to trigger an email notification.(Refer to the screenshot attached)

I haven't tried it but just thought to give you a clue. Let us know how you go.
