I am writing to request your assistance in synchronizing user transfer and resignation data between the Personnel Administration (PA20/PA30) and User Management (SU01) transactions within our SAP system. This synchronization will help us streamline the process of distinguishing and managing SAP users based on their respective organizational sites and departments.
Currently, as part of our user management process, we rely on data maintained in PA20/PA30 to track employee transfers, resignations, and other HR-related changes. However, this information does not automatically reflect in SU01, which is crucial for managing SAP access and ensuring that users are properly aligned with their current roles, locations, and organizational structures.
