We need to get a certificate of insurance (COI) from our service vendors. Can someone recommend where I could store the insurance coverage start and end dates for a vendor in SAP? I want to use this information to send emails prompting vendors to send an updated certificate.
Hopefully, there are two fields that I can repurpose for this data. It is not possible to create new fields at our company.

I saw you mentioned you do not want more fields to track -did you try to use classification to store this information? That way you will have the flexibility to save these fields and also use in certain reporting or build automated email --without doing enhancement on vendor master fields.
