we want to split the database from a cutoff date in SAP Business One as the Database is having more than 10 years data and consuming huge RAM (apx 900 GB), what is the process to split DB with carry over of open documents and balances

SAP Business One does not support the splitting of databases .It is considered as a new company creation.
