How to Split Production orders and it should be displayed at MD04 Screen and Remaining capacity should be displayed in graph with CM21?

Hello Sir,

This is my requirement.

Please See the Process of Splitting Qty.

1.MRP Generated Production order Against PIR.

2.MD04 for Production Order Splitting & Release.

3.If production Order Qty. 200 Nos. we need Splitting 100 Nos. Balance 100 Nos. Need to be see plan order in MD04 and mean while Same info in CM21 Graph of Capacity Levelling.

Currently SAP Consider this :

If production order Qty. 100 Nos. we have Splitting 100 nos. Balance 100 Nos. order Qty. Zero. & Same on Graph in CM21.

Kindly do the needful with relevant solution.

Your question is not exactly clear for me.

If you want to split the order in two, then this blog explains how to split a production order:

If you just want to distribute the order quantity in MD04 across multiple days, you can consider a distribution key instead of splitting.
