how to solve Item does not match schedule line (program error) in va01 va02 va03 (sales order)

we got problem "Item does not match schedule line (program error)".
first, we created SO with 16 items. but we delete 1 items. after delete the error appears. after we check in table vbap and vbep(shcedule line data), there is different items. in vbap 15 items but in vbep 16 items.

SAP note 1464620 refers to a BADI that can prevent the issue from happening, by adding an additional check in the system.

In order to address an existing issue though, the instructions on SAP Note 2118197 are required.
