How to Short Close Purchase Order

Hi Experts,

I have some PO's which is matrial we have received short, Now we want to short close these PO, Please guide me how i can short close the pending purchase orders.

Hi

You need to tick delivery completed indicator in Delivery tab or Make PO qty = Delivered qty.

HI,

Go to ME2n and give we101 and click on dynamic selection

go to Purchase Document Header .....here delivery complete indicator ...put X there and excecute.

hi,

in dynamic selection, you can find the delivery complete indicator at the item level.for your case enter and then execute, so that you can able to know the pending po qty and you can short close the po by fllagging the delivery complete indicator

Thanx for help,

I found delivery indicator in Purhcase Header Document. but when i put X and execute then system is not update the status in EKKO table file AULTF by checking throug SE16. Please let me clear the same.
